January 4, 2016 - Uncategorized

Welcome to the Weekly What’s Up! Let’s take a look at what’s brewing at the Envato Tuts+ Photo & Video section this week.

Envato Tuts+ Photo & Video for the Week of January 4, 2016

On Tuesday, Mark Thorburn shows how to use a video tripod in 60 seconds. If you can’t wait until tomorrow (and who could blame you!), check out Mark’s course: Lean Video Production

On Wednesday, Jeffrey Opp answers the question “will a robot steal your photography job?” A continuation of our look into computational photography and the changing nature of image-making.

On Thursday we have a new set of pictures in our Look at This! series, two more portraits from Yousuf Karsh. Marie Gardiner took on Karsh last time, this time it’s Dawn Oosterhoff‘s turn.

On Friday, Andrew Childress shows how to streamline the copyright process right from inside Lightroom. Managing copyright is a huge headache for many photographers, but it doesn’t have to be! A continuation of our series Digital Asset Management for Everyone.

Also Friday, we start Kezz Bracey‘s series of coffee-break courses on how to “Make the Switch to Affinity Photo.” The first course is on Personas. Learn how to use this exciting new Photoshop alternative with our new snack-sized course format.
