Pez Easter egg hunt overtaken by hordes of crazy, egg-hungry parents

Chaos reigned supreme at a family-oriented Easter egg hunt in Connecticut March 26.
The Pez Visitor Center held their third annual hunt, hiding more than 9,000 eggs on three fields. The idea was to separate the hunts by age groups. It seems parents had other ideas.
According to WFSB parents began rushing the field, ignoring organizer instructions. After clearing the first field, the horde waited only briefly before overtaking the next.
A spokesman for Pez described the parents as “kind of like locusts.” Read more…
