LOS ANGELES — Hollywood has never looked more forward to a Monday.
That’s the day that the 88th Academy Awards will finally be behind us. Ask anyone around here: There’s no joy in these Oscars. Can we please just get this one over with? Et cetera, et cetera.
The Best Picture race is more wide open than any in memory. The Leo-wins probability index is soaring. The forecast calls for a hairdo-friendly dry and sunny mid-70s.
What of it glitters in this, our second straight year of #OscarsSoWhite?
