A Chinese car rental company has come under fire after a video of its employees crawling down a wet street on their hands and legs went viral on Weibo.
According to Huanqiu.com, the degrading act was actually meant for the Jilin-based company’s boss, as he had wanted to motivate his employees to meet their sales targets.
However, the employees volunteered to take their boss’s place instead. So on Thursday, the group of 10 men and women dressed in suits and went down on all fours to crawl behind a man carrying a red flag, for a distance of around 200 metres.
