Amazon’s holiday figures don’t lie – we’re becoming even lazier shoppers

At first Amazon was amazing because you could order virtually any book you wanted from one online store. Then that grew to ordering pretty much anything you could want all under one virtual roof. And then it started adding in Prime benefits like streaming video and music services. It’s a pretty compelling retail experience, particularly for paying members. It’s convenience paired with speedy free deliveries, with a few additional sweeteners to make the $99 per year fee worthwhile.
