A real-life Jurassic Park has sprung up amid flower fields in China

It looks like straw art might become a thing soon.
Just last week, a construction site in Henan, China, erected more than 200 scarecrows in the shape of animals and cartoon characters to create hype for its soon-to-be opened wild animal safari.
This week, a rapeseed flower field in Chongqing in Southwest China is now home to towering T-Rexes, water buffalo and mammoths, all made out of straw.
It’s yet unknown if this straw Jurassic Park was created as a marketing stunt, but it’s definitely drawing crowds of curious visitors wanting a photo op. Read more…
