7 relatable fitness bloggers who will build you up

It’s intimidating to step into the world of fitness blogs. There don’t seem to be many bloggers who represent the majority of us: beginners, perhaps novices, who want to be able to eat the foods we like in moderation, and who can’t dedicate hours to the gym every day. We have jobs, dammit!

Many fitness blogs focus on certain types of eating (vegan, vegetarian, paleo) or very specific types of workouts (yoga, Crossfit, pilates, extreme gym goers). There’s nothing wrong with that.
