It’s a New Year!
The whirlwind of the holidays has buzzed by, and if you are anything like me, you might feel somewhat dazed. But, it’s true, it’s 2016. It’s time to reflect on another year passed and the opportunity ahead, and to set your intentions.
I used chose the word “intentions” deliberately. Merriam-Webster defines intention as, “the thing that you plan to do or achieve : an aim or purpose”.
