Social media scheduling service Buffer has big news today: it’s acquiring Respondly, a tool made for turning social media into your front-line support center. We covered Respondly when it launched in 2014, which is now used by a number of larger companies like Slack to deal with the influx of questions, problems and bugs they receive every day.
