Stephen Garnett has an incredible memory.

Through some sports-related sorcery, the Whitman College assistant basketball coach has developed a secret handshake with each player on the team.

Yes. All of them.

Granted, some of the handshakes are more intricate than others. Is this Garnett playing favorites? Or do some players prefer a more minimalist pre-game greeting?

Whatever the case, we’d like to declare Garnett MVP when it comes to friendship.
